The points requiring attention of high temperature HEPA filter using

First, the filtration efficiency problem of  the high temperature HEPA filter

The 250°C red high temperature silica gel and the 350-400°C black high temperature inorganic glue used are affected by the physical properties of the glue (poor fluidity), so the actual filtration efficiency of the 250°C H13 high temperature HEPA filter is between H12-H13. The actual filtration efficiency of the 350-400°C H13 high temperature HEPA filter is between H11-H12.

 

Second, points requiring attention of high temperature HEPA filter before use

As the organic silica gel and inorganic glue used in the high temperature HEPA filter are solidified from the surface in the curing process, the thicker the glue is, the harder it is to cure. Under normal circumstances, the glue curing time is 3-7 days; if not completely solidified the cured high temperature HEPA filter is directly installed into the high temperature equipment for normal use, then It is bound to cause cracking, expansion or leading out of the outer frame of high-temperature glue. For the above problems, special treatment is as follows:

1. The high temperature HEPA filter needs to be used normally after 7 days;

2. 
2. If the customer needs to install it immediately, it is recommended that customers use the following methods before using our high temperature HEPA filter:

(a)250 ° C resistant high efficiency filter

Slowly raise the temperature to 100 ° C in the high temperature equipment, then keep  100 ° C for 2 hours before cooling down to normal temperature.

Temperature adjustment to 150 ° C 1 hour after shutdown cooling

Temperature adjustment to 200 ° C 1 hour after shutdown cooling

Temperature adjustment to 250 ° C 1 hour after shutdown cooling

After slow cooling, it can be used normally.

 

(b)350-400℃ resistant high efficiency filter

Slowly raise the temperature to 100 ° C in the high temperature equipment, then keep  100 ° C for 2 hours before cooling down to normal temperature.

Temperature adjustment to 150 ° C 1 hour after shutdown cooling

Temperature adjustment to 200 ° C 1 hour after shutdown cooling

Temperature adjustment to 250 ° C 1 hour after shutdown cooling

Temperature adjustment to 300 ° C 1 hour after shutdown cooling

Temperature adjustment to 350 ° C 1 hour after shutdown cooling

Temperature adjustment to 400 ° C 1 hour after shutdown cooling

After with heating and slow cooling, it can be used normally.
